Yesterday, we were looking for a new place to go for a walk. We found out that if you use the tea rooms or stay at the cottage, you can use the private 3.5 km walk at Bective Abbey tea rooms.
The tea rooms themselves are lovely. They also had some pods outside and as it was busy inside we decided to use those.
We had a lovely meal, I had a latte and a chicken salad. My hubby had pulled pork sandwich. Kids had ham and cheese toasties.
After that filling meal we decided to go for that walk. It did not disappoint.
My favorite part of the walk was the calmness of it with birds singing and barely any people.
Today we went to Kingscourt town. Every first Sunday of the month they are holding a craft and farmers market. We wanted to see what it was like. I have an opportunity to sell my items there next month, so may be I will take it?
